Hunter Starts Tackle

So far he is playing wide receiver and safety.  He has a great arm but since his dad can't coach every sport he will likely have to settle for something other than quarterback.   Makes you wonder how many great quarterbacks are out there that never got a chance because someone other kid's dad volunteered to coach.

This is his new uniform before he starts his first full pad practice today.  It is raining cats and dogs.  I have a feeling we will be purchasing more Resolve for football than we did for baseball.

Am I reading that right, does his jersey say "Dowling Catholic"? What's up with that?

It is a better program than the Youth Little Pro League. They are less abusive to the kids. We have heard are some horror stories from the other program.
