Jackson Pollack was here?
Nope. It's been painted by every student in the class.
Blake, the artchitect is recalling his memories of a roller coaster in Kansas City
as he constructs this paper sculpture.
Scroll to the bottom of this post for the finished results.
Hunter's at the age now where if we enter his class with a camera,
the other kids stick their fingers up in the air. Peace fingers.
Hunter's also at the age (stage) where art teachers
teach the "nine-heads-tall" proportion of the human body.
This'll be Dad Dave's birthday present.
I'm guessing that it's a portrait of Mr. Wonderful Dad.
Dad's birthday today, August 21.
In the end, Blake was so inspired by the Kansas City roller coaster that he made two versions of it...
Kansas City Roller Coaster I and Kansas City Roller Coaster II.
They were impossible to photograph separately so
I submit this stacked version of the two pieces
for your enjoyment.
A comment on your viewing pleasures?
