Dave finally makes a career move. After many years in operations he will be moving over to Engineering. He used to manage the folks that put the plane together. Now he manages the folks that figure out how to put the plane together. We wish him a lot of luck!Now we get to say things to him like "Engineers have all the right angles" and "Engineers know the formula for success".

Anyway, we're so happy for you and so proud of you! So glad the company finally came through for you!
Congratulations, Dave! I know that you will do a fine job, just as you always have been doing. We are proud to have son-in-law like you, and we are waiting anxiously for Christmas to celebrate with you. I'm sure you boys are pleased with Dad their Coach and hero. They are lucky to have a role-model like you.
