before the run...and the sun...5:30 a.m. waited on the tarmac
for an hour before getting into the chute for the third wave...
after the run: 7:30 a.m.
lots of fun as a family...we stuck together and enjoyed the quick walk through Epcot
and the surrounding landscape to complete the 3.2 miles for a 5K.
We all got medals at the exit...not pictured here...

no time for lots of explainin'....Adam's out this morning
(one day later than the Fiesta Run and Landon's 100 meter run)
on the first part of the Goofy Challenge--a half marathon...
we're off to meet him at the finish for the congrats...
tomorrow the full marathon...stay tuned.

Hi Maria,
Adam needed no recovery...he's out there at Magic Kingdom from the hour it opened until it closes...we're home at the hotel at 8 p.m...I think they're over there waiting for the fireworks...
