We've set the table in anticipation of Becky and Virg's arrival tomorrow. We're having spiral-cut ham with pineapple slices, baked potatoes, candied yams, green beans with almonds, and orange jello with mandarin oranges. They're bringing the wine and dessert.

The menu is wonderful. You remind me of Mom's Easter dinners, but her salad was lime salad with cream cheese, optional pineapple and cottage cheese, topped with whipped cream and canned mandarin oranges.
Are we thinking the same or what? Erik, Shana, and Anja came over and shared a spiral cut ham with a glaze of pineapple and brown sugar, baked potato bar with multiple toppings, steamed asparagus with toasted almonds, broccoli/swiss cheese salad, breadsticks, strawberries, multi-layered cake for dessert.
